Is it already the fifth week? Hard to believe. A routine is slowly setting in, but not necessarily for the better. The COVID-19 exception to the social security agreement between Switzerland and Germany has expired. As a result, I “get” to go to Switzerland more often starting in July. Unfortunately, I don’t have a scale there, which is why my weight tracking is incomplete. The calorie counts are also more like estimates or the values from the packaging of ready-made meals. And rowing? First Switzerland, then the heat - by the end of the week, I just didn’t feel like it. On the other hand, I walked a lot more in Switzerland.
I first need to get used to spending several days in Switzerland. Luckily not this week, and after that, I have three weeks of vacation. It’ll be interesting to see how I weigh myself then. Take the scale with me? Back to last week: I was already lighter, but by the end of the week, my weight settled under 86.50 kg, meaning I lost about 0.5 kg. It’s still going down!
